Can i? , Why? , if the answer is yes... which pics can i program there...
I'm not aware of any way to program PIC chips with an Arduino board. I know the IDE doesn't include any board support other than for Arduino.
However, there is something similar to Arduino, named Amicus: http://www.myamicus.co.uk
It's very similar to Arduino, but uses PIC processors.
