Help for arduino sms alert

hi ppl...

I am doing my final year project as bike lock and I am using arduino to programme it soI want my arduino to send SMS alerts everytime the lock has been cut. can anyone help for coding to do that? how can I do that? or even it would be better if anyone give me coding for LEDs works like if one LED goes off Other LED needs to be ON... can anyone help me for that?
