Need help. How to wire up the Sainsmart 2.4" TFT LCD to Arduino Uno?

I recently bought the TFT LCD shown in the image but unfortunately I cannot find a manual how to wire this up to Arduino Uno.

Can anyone help me get the resources I need to get this up and running?

There is a shield adaptor available for the UNO that may be helpful for you

Thanks Paul. I may consider that adapter.
However, I would like to know how to wire them so I can fully understand how it operates especially if I try other microcontrollers. I have Arduino, PIC and the TI launchpad. I just would like to start developing it on Arduino and port it to the other micros.

If you want to understand how to use this on many different controllers then may I suggest you start with the controller chip, the pinout of the chip should align with the pins of the card you have (Same descriptions) and then you can se exactly how to use it
