Arduino for beginners

Hello everyone, i m Omkar.

i am a mechanical engineering student.

i recently conducted a 2 days workshop on arduino arranged by ROBOSPECIES, India.

I found it very much interesting.

I am completely new to this concept. And i dont have any programming background either.

 

So can anyone please guide me about HOW SHOULD I START ???

    Pick a project and implement it with Arduino. If you are interested in robotics perhaps something with motors or positional sensors?

    For most tasks it's possible to find a similar project and adjust it to meet your requirements. This allows you to learn the code without the need to start from scratch. Your course should have given you the basics for programming the board but if not then start with the blink example that comes with the Arduino development environment.

     

    Perhaps my Topsy Turvy clock project might give you some ideas.
