Dear Sir;

I hope this email find you well. I have question about the needed parts for practicing PWM on motor operate on 5-18 voltage. I have arduino and Motor control shield for arduino. Is these two parts enough or I need other parts.

best greetings

Sazan

    but still I did not find a way how to read the signal generator input voltage to dc motor by ardunio , Is the any way to prevent ardunio damage.

    sazan , you should not have to use a signal generator. The Arduino and Motor shield will generate the signal for the motor.

    Can you make and upload a drawing of how you are going to connect the motor to the shield, and how you are going to connect your external power supply to the shield?

    My advise is to really follow the adafruit guide step by step, without skipping a single point.

    It contains everything: electrical connections, library install, sketch to test the motor.

    Try to finish the tutorial and don't give up until you have it working. Your motor should run forwards for a second, run backwards one second, and stop for one second.

    When you are at that point, you can think about next steps.

    Sazan, I have a suspect.

    If you had spent all the time that you spent writing and expecting something to copy and paste seriously studying the problem, probably your project was already working.
