Arduino battery charger.

Hello,

I am looking for arduino ( atmega 328 ) DAC schematic.

I have to charge a 4 cell lipo ( 4 X 4.2 volts, if full and 4 X 3,7 volts, if empty )  battery with arduino. The main question is how to change the voltage. I have tried many schematic with P-mosfets, N-mosfets,NPN transistors and PNP transistors. None has not worked perfectly.

Any help ?
