Has anyone managed to get the Adafruit Bluefruit app to work in the background on an iphone please? As soon as I open another app, it loses connection/mqtt feed.

Adafruit Bluefruit LE application I want to install that's why I am here please suggest me the procedure because I am consulting with the expert time it's very difficult to consult with their team but at the time apple application support was not found and I don't know how to get the number thats why i am asking to you for this.
