Interfacing of RF module to make a wireless alarm

I have interfaced both Rf transmitter and receiver 433mhz to 2 Arduino UNO.But when I pressed switch on transmitter side then rf receiver doesn't respond by buzzer.So plzz give me some suggestion where I am doing wrong...

Try connecting the two devices with a cable first to make sure that all of the software and protocols are correct. Once that is working, then you can trouble shoot the RF link. DAB
