Chris,
This is a tough one. I used to have a few good sources, but they have gone out of business. A quick google search reviled this interesting shop.
https://www.smallparts.com.au/store/categories/gears/
Other places that I used are ebay and amazon. Local hobby stores that carry R/C cars and planes are another good choice.
Hopefully some other members here will have other good ideas.
Good luck!

McMaster-Carr is reputable and has high quality but you will find them expensive if you are just looking for hobbyist stuff: https://www.mcmaster.com/#gears/=1ba8nfs
Another source in the UK who will ship world wide is;
https://www.gearsandsprockets.co.uk/
Farnell themselves will supply some gears, but they are mostly plastic;

It depends on where you are and what your application is, there are a number of online suppliers for robotics parts that will have some supplies and could be worth searching for.
Kind regards
Depending on exactly what you want, Meccano gears are available, both original (second hand) at fair prices and newly manufactured at rather higher cost.
This is just one source: https://www.meccanospares.com/
Hope this helps

Thanks all for the suggestions. Unfortunately those sites don't seem to have exactly what I need. I am looking to replace the below gear. I have a motor that uses a few of them and some have missing teeth. The whole motor can be bought for $60 but I thought if I could get the gears cheaper I'd prefer to fix it myself. If anyone else has suggestions I included the measurements below.
Hi Chris, not sure what country you are in but here's some UK suppliers
HPC Gears: MANUFACTURER AND STOCKIST OF GEAR TRANSMISSION PRODUCTS
Alternatively, if you are struggling to purchase gears, do you know any model engineers or clock makers that could cut you a new gear?
Perhaps put a post on a model engineer forum?
Kind regards
I would suggest calling a few local machine shops. It might be necessary to purchase in bulk. If it is a custom part that can't be obtained by any other means, this might an option.
Also contact any local tech schools that have cnc. You might be able to get this part made by a student.
