Ah the CH340. Often found on Nano clones. Apparently, the cheapest USB to serial chip on the market. What exactly did you try on Windows 10 (assuming you're using Windows 10).

Can you provide some more info regarding the issue you faced while loading the application code? what does the log say? Regards, Aswin

Using windows 7 Finally I was able to get the drivers to load then had issues with code loading... I will never purchase another CH340 chipset again.. I never had any issues such as those using the original Arduino boards.. Lesson learned,!

I never had any issues such as those using the original Arduino boards.. Lesson learned,! The nano boards I have tossed in my junk parts box. They are simply not worth the frustration even though they are cheap .. It stands true you get what you pay for.

Hello Mr Venu, I have spent countless hours getting the boards to work.. countless hours on Arduino forums trying to decipher one error message to the next.. The thing is my friend that kind of thing should never happen in the first place.. With the original Arduino chipset I never have an issue that should pretty much say a great deal.. With all due respect I no longer have any desire to mess with it again.. Thank you so much for your attempts at helping me find resolution I appreciate it very much.. Time to move on  !
