Ground connections in the Arduino Nano circuit

I'm studying PCB design and my question relates to the Arduino Nano, whose design files are here. A handful of pins are connected to ground in the schematic, but aren't connected to anything in the board design.

The pins are Pin 4 of the UA78M05 voltage regulator, Pin 2 of the Murata resonator, and the GND pins of C1, C7, and C8.

I'm going to attempt to build this myself, so any answers would be helpful.

Load up the board on Eagle 6 and press the Ratsnet button (The green X third up from the bottom on the left), it will show the ground planes showing that the grounds are connected.
