Probably be my first Project( FAILED No one Know How )

here Probably very soon First Project adventure park will be Selling there Old 2 Seat Gokart with out the MCU core but i have my Chip Kit Max32 the Protject is to make a Big RC car i need help post a Link where i can Find info on Arduino Reading 1 wire RXD signals i have a Radline RC control 49mhz or work around the both board blue PCB 49MHz PCB green Motor/servos function i need a guide best path to read the RXD on the Blue PCB or find the PMW in the Green PCB & wire it to a SSR set up as a H bridge the turing sevos is same on the green Pcb if i make this work with the help with u guys there might be a future build log soon

Cool. I'm about to make my first program, too and I saw a program online which is intended to make traffic lights.
btw, which model are you using now? I'm using a starter kit bought from SainSmart.

This radline rc 49mhz receiver board im trying to get data off of it but i need a Arduino to read RXD signal then once i get the Data i can now make the Arduino control a GoKart motors( for sure a SSR ) & taking Command from the 49MHz receiver

This is a FAILURE Project im guess no one knows the tool to make out a Arduino To read the RXD pin and Roger Sold all GoKart it a shame no knows .....
