Arduino codes

Can anyone help me with codes for a simple obstacle and avoidance robot project.Am using Arduino uno board,12 V unipolar motors,Ultrasonic sensors(HC SR04).First i have to start the robot by a switch button and I just want my design to turn right if an obstacle is 20cm away(without stopping,just decreasing its speed) and continue to move forward.AM NOT USING A SERVO MOTOR.God bless u in advance!!!

    I am a raspberry pi fan as well as a beaglebone black fan....  I have an arduino uno hooked up to my raspberry pi and I used a download from the raspberry pi site using the wget command.  That app will flash the uno from the rpi.  As far as codes that you need can be looked up in the (forums) of the raspberry pi site, (raspberrypi.org) there are a lot of people in there that share their codes and are quite complex for the robot that you are using.  There is also a forum on the Arduino site that have lots of codes shared by people.   It's just a matter of spending a lot of time or effort to get what you are looking for.  The Arduino app somewhat helps you get started, you have to learn how to write it in that app's langauge.  Otherwise I do not know how to program myself, I look for similar codes and slightly modify them to get what I want the Uno to do.  Good luck and be patient.....
