I have one of the Tod bluetooth beacons, and I have a Sparkfun Redbot. The Redbot's board has a header for an Xbee. I was wondering if any of the Bluetooth boards which fit the Xbee headers would be able to find and connect to a Bluetooth LE beacon? The project idea I have in mind is to make a game of Fetch with the robot. The beacon would be the ball, and the robot would use the Bluetooth antenna to seek it out.
