arduino with xbee

i connected xbee transmitter with arduino with thermocouples. when i looked to the receiver xbee its shows incorrect readings. then i checked the readings in arduino after removing xbee,shows the correct value. how can i get the correct value through xbee?

It seems like you are having problems on the UART configuration, check that UART on arduino and the XBEE transmitter are setup in the same way (baudrate, parity, bit stop), and also do the same in the remote side with the XBEE receiver and whatever you have cnnected, pc, microcontroller, other arduino...
