Any good resources for Inductors and Capacitors?

Hello,

I am trying to gain a deep and full understanding of what inductors and capacitors are. I have been reading some materials and watching video online; and they make little sense to me. However, I would like to know them deeply since they are the fundamentals, I think, of electrical engineering. Anybody have resource that they can point me to so that I can get a better understanding of those two concepts?

Martin J Lorton, a fellow blogger on YouTube has a set of videos describing from a beginners perspective what you may need, he covers a range of basic components so will be a great learning resource. He has been creating the videos as he learns and so does not complicate things with unnecessary jargon or other facts.
