Arduino 2560 driving a IRAMX20UP60A BLDC I.C.

My robotics project is using a IRAMX20UP60A I.C. to drive a BLDC with Sensors, and I cannot find any schematics to drive it with my 2560. The Schematics and the DataSheet for the I.C. are here: http://datasheet.eeworld.com.cn/pdf/IRF/23169_IRAMX20UP60A.pdf

In the DataSheet, it shows a "Controller" on page 9, but it gives no references to it.

 

Is there any reference to driving it with a 2560?

 

I'm building a mower robot.

    The Arduino2650 isn't sufficiently powerful to control a BLDC motor via a power drive chip like the ....UP60A.

    Typically you would expect a DSP or ARM Cortex with some dedicated motor drive peripherals (like special timers) to be used in such an application. Microchip, ST and TI (to name just three) all publish extensive app notes (including some software) about driving BLDC motors. It's not trivial.

    If you are looking for  a simple solution then buy a complete motor controller board with processor and drivers and software all sorted so the Arduino just has to ask for torque, rpm or position.
