This robot runs off of Arduino. I uploaded the code, and it runs on

robot while plugged in, but the moment I unplug it, and turn it on..it does nothing but blink its yellow light. Any help, or suggestions?

Please can you provide a little more detail as to how you have it wired

What power are you using when plugged in, what is your battery config when in autonomous mode

What are the volts on the controller in each case

Please provide a diagram if you can as it will help a lot

Any other additional info would also be helpful, Pictures, code etc

Currently I am thinking it is your batteries

    Thanks

    Peter

You were right! it was the voltage.

What I tried first was changing the 9v battery, but that didn't seen to work, it only pulsed the motors slightly.

So what I did was trouble-shoot the power problem, I used a voltage change switch, which can change from 1.5 - 12volts.

I first set at 9 volts, because that was what the robot came with, but it still was not getting enough power, so I went the next voltage up.

I was afraid to go up thinking it was going to fry the board! but I went for it.

It worked!!! the robot ran its program all the way through!!

    My question is why???

Now the problem is... how am I supposed to mount 12 volt's to my BOT???!!

by the way Thanks for helping me.
