Arduino Yùn: REST calls from internet?

Former Member
Former Member over 10 years ago

Hello everyone,

I've used my Arduino Yùn to control pins, to set and read variables from my browser through local area network using REST api.

The goal is to do the same thing from a remote PC over internet. I've got a Public and STATIC IP Address of the Yùn to localize it over the network, but how can I accomplish this task?

There are some examples for CC3000 chip (aREST api), but not written for the Yùn.

Any ideas? Thanks...

I'm so sorry I didn't notice it has been already created. I'm trying to eliminate this discussion as you asked me, but I'm not finding the way to cancel it. There is only a section to modify the discussion name and the contents and It's not allowed to erase title and contents at least. How can I do that? Thanks and excuse me.

I don't think community members are permitted to delete a discussion once a reply has been made. You could mark it as answered if you really want to reduce the likelihood of people responding. I wouldn't worry about it. image
