M2X used with Arduino

Is anyone using the ATT M2X data service with an Arduino? https://m2x.att.com/developer/get-started

It looks good but I am having trouble getting the downlink to work. I can send data from the Arduino to the M2X page but not the other way.

That looks like an interesting service.

Do you have any code that you have tried so far? We don't (at present) have much to go on.

I was trying to follow this tutorial: https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/using-atts-m2x-with-the-cc3000 and I got the posting temperature data to work fine. But the second part "Controlling a Device From M2X" to turn a LED on/off from the web page does not seem to work. The Arduino just never sees any input? I don't know if it is an Arduino problem or a problem with the ATT server.
