Hello developers and engineers , and i am looking for a sulotion to link my smart home project with a customized application build using flutter and if any can tell me how can i link the my app to the arduino together @@

With Flutter you have things called widgets: https://pub.dev/packages/flutter_blue

I'd suggest that Google (or other search engines) will be your friend with this one. You'll find a few online tutorials, like this one: https://blog.kuzzle.io/communicate-through-ble-using-flutter
