fade in fade out for three leds at specific way

Hi Guys

can some one helping me to create acode like this

led 1 start fade in then when reach to max stay for a certain time on, then fade out and at same time led 2 start fade in

and do the same for all leds with this sequence Led 1, 2,3,and Led 2 again then loop all of them
