how to change arduino COM device name

I'm currently developing a program that communicates via Serial Data between my pc and my arduino Leonardo.
It's working well, but i would like to know how to change the arduino standard COM name to something else or use any other microcontroler that can do that.

The COM port is assigned by the OS, the same board can be i.e. COM1 in one PC, and i.e COM2 if connected to a different PC. You can manually change the COM port assigned by OS in the device manager (Windows OS), but it will remain for that PC.
