i would like to use LoRa SX1278 and Arduino for detection of garage remote control key and other 433 MHz sensors at home. can anyone advise me?

If you have +$100 to splash out then maybe this RF spectrum analyser would do the trick Official RF Explorer home to at least give an indication which channels are being used.
In my experience, I found that the SI4463 transceiver chip offered a better range than cc1101. I had two HC-12 433MHz wireless module (based on this chip) "talking" to each +100m apart.
Depending on how many channels are being broadcast on you could simply hook up a couple (where each one configured to listen on a different channel) to a good microcontroller which has multiple serial ports etc.
