    Serial Shifting Programmable LEDs.

. never thought of their purpose until now.

    THx

. Wheel Program for RGB LEDs as Color Lights, I remember seeing "Those Tri-Color LED's by themselves" in the 70's and wondering what They We're Good For w/o A Lot of curcuits to "make them do .. something".

. Built-in A/D Encoders built-in as Standards on your Controller's ... WOW!  Ever thought about making an AC3, 5.1 6-Channel encoder to Make and Save Audio Files as .m4a files to your microSD Cards?

map is just a quick and simple way to deal with the range conversion.  A division or a shift could be used as well.

Yes, I'm aware that the explanation of the amplifier was brief.  I'm planning to another video for further explaining amplification.  It deserves an entire video, since it's complex.

    Hi Jeremy,

Another great tutorial.  I think a lot of people will appreciate your expanation of Opamp gain and signal analysis needed to make the lights respond to the music.

Hi, great tutorial! I do however have a question about the code, not being a native C type programmer, I was some what confused when you used the "MAP" and then constrain for your ADC parsing?

I don`t know what "MAP" does beyond what you`d explained, and I wondered Why you didn`t in this instance where you needed to parse a 10 bit number (1024) to 255 just simply divide by 4, or Logical Shift Right by 2 bits?

does "Map" make it faster or use less mem?

sorry for my ignorance here, but I simply had to had to ask being "Old School" and wanting to learn some of these more "Modern" languages.

I`m more comfortable with Machine Code, BASIC.
