Zynq Ethernet Controller

What would be the best way to turn on/off an LED using Ethernet cable? I eventually want that LED to be controlled through internet.

Any help is tremendously appreciated.

I need to do the same thing, but I have not found it necessary to download the file. Is that it is to see the video or there is project to download?

I think the link I sent is bad. Try to find Spartan-6-LX9 board and proceed the above.
