Linux reboot to FSBL

Hi

The linux from SD card is working fine on my ZEDboard. However, when I execute "reboot", the system seems to boot directly into uboot, omitting the FSBL.
This leads to an unconfigured PL (Blue "Done" LED is off) and the kernel fails to boot.

So right now, the only way for configuring the PL and thus being able to boot linux is by power cycling the zynq. But I am shure there is a better way which would allow soft-rebooting. Has anyone any thoughts on this?

I'm answering my own question:

Hi Tim

Yes, after clearing the reboot status register before entering the second stage boot loader the reboot works fine. The old value in there prevented the fsbl to load the first partition (-> the PL configuration) after reboot.
