I was wondering where to get some information about VHDL and it's details about implementation. The question came up because I found on the internet a quiz that contain some questions about vhdl. For example what would I use and why, RAM or regfile, discussing about timing, low power and area. I'm looking for some general knowledge, also about the syntax, maybe there is a reference doc I missed, so the question is, where did You learned vhdl from?
