Connect Zedboard to Android phone via USB or USB serial

Hi,

I need to connect zed board to a android phone via USB or USB-Serial,OTG is used and the android phone is in the host mode.
Is there any tutorial that I can follow ?

Also in the Android app , it is needed to give the vendor and product IDs of the Zed board but I could find any , How can I get those Ids?
