MicroZed - Ethernet Issue

Hi,

I have two Microzed board. The first own a 7010 Zynq and the second a 7020 Zynq. My goal is to download/debug an application over TCP/IP. The Zynqs are configured with the default linux on QSPI Flash

My computer has the following IP : 10.0.10.73 and Mask : 255.255.254.0

To ping my 7010 board from my computer I have changed the ip of the Zynq as follow : ifconfig eth0 10.0.10.100. It works fine, but when I do the same with the 7020 it doesn't work at all. The Leds on the RJ45 are blinking continously and when I ping from my computer nothing happen.

Can someone help me ??

    Hi Snoopy_87,

    I tested this on my end with my 7020 MicroZed and I am able to ping it successfully.

    This is how I have my test network setup which is similar to what is used at the factory when these modules are tested:

    Windows 7 PC: 192.168.1.100
    MicroZed 7020: 192.168.1.10

    Occasionally, something in the networking configuration gets messed up and requires the eth0 to be restarted.  Have you tried bringing down the eth0 interface and bringing it back up to a known good state:

    ifconfig eth0 down
    ifconfig eth0 up

    Also, when you are changing the IP address on MicroZed, are you assigning it a compatible netmask to the IP address scheme for your network?  In the Out Of Box Linux within QSPI, MicroZed is configured for the following:

    inet: 192.168.1.10
    mask: 255.255.255.0
