fpga based led control

Hi everyone,
as i went to the custom peripheral tutorial, i tried to grab some of the register pins and assign one of them to T22, the constraint name of Led 0. an error occured: not user assigned and so on please make a bitgen switch: -g UnconstrainedPins:Allow
understandable so far, but i dont know how to maintain the bitgen switch ( i work with ise 14.1) i tried this and even disabled the drc check but the same again and again. i'll be greatful for any hints!,

Hi,
i as i sticked to the tutorials again, i decided to change my design flow to be PlanAhead controlled (what was recommendend, but i was too lazy to change my habits :)), and i was allowed to assign my signals to the led pins. This is very interesting, because it was not allowed when i sticked to the ISE Project Editor Flow
