Debugging startup

Sorry if this is covered elsewhere, but I've not found it yet. So I got my Zedboard (Yay!) but no luck on the getting started stuff.

Plugged in the board, plugged in the USB, installed the Cypress USB serial port, can see that on my Win7/64 machine. Turn the board on, green power light comes on and then nothing. No '15 seconds later the blue "done" light' nothing on the serial port as far as Putty can see, SD card (which was inserted when I got it) seems to be correctly inserted etc.

Currently looking for the SD card image to consider re-imaging the card but if someone reads this before then and says "Oh yeah you also need to do ..." that would be great as well.

So I looked at the SD CARD that came with the board and it had a README file, that file included a description of how the jumpers should be set on the board. A bunch of the jumpers on the board were not correct, in particular MIO4,5 to 3V3 (rather than ground) VADJ to 1V8 (it was on 2V5) and JP6 needed to be jumpered but there was no jumper on the board so I took one out of my spares. Once I did that and powered it up it worked as expected, blue LED came on , OLED display lit up with Digilent logo and presumably the VGA and HDMI things are working too.
