Just got a brand new ZedBoard. Applied power, connected UART to USB, inserted SD card and turned power switch on. Green LED lights up. Waited well over 15 seconds for blue DONE LED, it does not light up. Nothing is displayed on OLED display.

Any suggestions?

First check that the Boot Configuration Jumpers are set to boot from the SD Card as shown in the Zedboard Users Guide:

They were all in the lower position. Fixed and it boots now.
