I just checked, and there is no timeline for placing -2 or -3 devices onto the Zedboard. Currently all boards are being shipped with -1 speed grade IC's and it looks to stay that way for quite some time.
What is your requirement for speed within the fabric? Are you looking to use the faster speed grade for the ARM core frequency increase, or the fabric frequency increase? Are you using our video compression cores, a third party, or your own?
