No more boot from SD

Hi,

my microzed suddenly became unable to boot from SD.
If I boot with the default image in QSPI everything's fine. If I try to mount form xilinx-linux the BOOT partition in the SD card, I get this error
zynq> mount /dev/mmcblk0p1 /mnt
mount: mounting /dev/mmcblk0p1 on /mnt failed: Device or resource busy
The other partitions on the same SD work fine.
I tried using a different SD card with the same result.

Any suggestion?

Just noticed that if I umount the partition from zynq (booted through QSPI) then I can mount it again successfully.
Still, the system won't boot from SD, even if I use a safe BOOT.bin.

SD Cards can go bad. Do you have another one handy to try a different card?
