Zedboard fully broken?

Hello,

after running a hardware design on my zedboard, i am not able to send any bitstream to the board using Vivado 2015.4. I cant open the target in Vivado, it just shows me a message:

  •   [Labtools 27-2269] No devices detected on target localhost:3121/xilinx_tcf/Digilent/....

 The power led is also off, only the eight red leds are still light up after power on the board.

This happens after i tried to send configuration data via sccb(equal to i2c) to a ov5642 camera using FMC with a selfmade adapter board. 

Is there any way to check whether the board or the zynq is completely broken?

    Hello Gavin,

    The error you are getting is expected. When the Power Good Led is not on, resets are put in place to prevent the board from operating when the power is not good. So for some reason your board is not being powered properly.

    Try plugging it into a  different outlet to see if there is any change. If that does not work then please check all the power rails on the Zedboard to make sure everything is powered properly. Refer to section 2.11.3  of the Zedboard Hardware user guide to determine what what power should be on what rail. http://zedboard.org/support/documentation/1521
