We are developing a custom carrier card for the UltraZed-EG and would like the Altium Designer project files for IO Carrier Card (Part # AES-ZU-IOCC-G) and PCIe Carrier Card (Part # AES-ZU-PCIECC-G). The files we need are the PrjPCB, SchDoc, PcbDoc, associated libraries, and design rules
I contacted Avnet technical support and they tried, but said they could not get the files from engineering after a week.
I requested an Engineer on Demand, but they did not get back to me after a few days.
I called my local Avnet office and they transferred me to the sales manager where I had to leave a message.
I read other forum posts that say I can get the files from my local FAE but I don't know who that is or how to contact them.
How do I get these files?
