Hello I am a research student at Siena College for Professor Michelle McColgan and we recently had to wipe our hard drive information and so we lost our license already listed. When we received the new computer and tried to use the license for the Zedboards previously, we were told that the license was already in use and cannot be activated. What should we do in order to use our license on the new machine since the other one has been wiped clean?
