PCIe to PCI adapter and mini-itx

Hi,

I need to connect PCI device with the mini-itx board, so I try to connect a PCIe to PCI adapter on the mini-itx board (More information here: http://zedboard.org/content/pcie-root-complex-error-pcie-pci-adapter-7z045).

Does anyone have try this kind of setup?
