I am exploring whether to use a ZedBoard for my next application project. My requirements is that it must interface with a high speed (100MHz max) quad channel ADC over FMC. The data must be stored in memory and used to calculate histograms that must be displayed on a touch display like the one on sale here, with OS support. I have the ADC data capture circuit working on the Xilinx ML605, but I have not used the ZYNC7000 before. Can you offer some input about the feasibility of this concept using the ZedBoard, and what steps must be taken to complete it? Any reference designs or resources that are relevant would be welcome as well.
