USB-to-Serial Not Recognize

I have install the SiLabs driver (Win7/64) but when I plug in my microzed SBC, the new COM device does not appear. I have tried removing, reinstalling with reboots in between, but no change. I'm out of ideas, so I'd appreciate any suggestions.

The MicroZed SBC does not have the SiLabs USB-UART device that the standard MicroZed boards have. To implement a UART interface to your PC USB port requires a Digilent PmodUSBUART - USB to UART module https://www.digilentinc.com/Products/Detail.cfm?NavPath=2,401,928&Prod=PMOD-USB-UART connected to the MicroZed SBC PMOD connector as described in the MicroZed SBC Hardware Users Guide found here: http://zedboard.org/support/documentation/2420

Well, that would explain it. I guess that I was not clear about all of the differences between uZed and uZed SBC. So there is not serial console without adding the add-on board?
