and i need to know how microzed 7010 programing done in Linux and how to create kernal and image file.

Hello Nikunj,
You will need to look at the various carrier cards we offer for Microzed such as the MicroZed FMC Carrier Card since MicroZed by default does not have a fmc connector on it.
Any reason why you are choosing to use the Cost Optomized SOM instead of a standard MicroZed SOM? For development the Cost-Optomized version is not ideal seeing as it does not have a JTAG interfect by default?
