FMC GA[1:0] SELECT?

Hi,

Would someone be able to explain what the function of the JP4 - FMC GA SELECT jumper does?

I'm reading the datasheet/schematic and GA0 and GA1 are connected to the FMC pin C34 and D35 but these pins don't route to anywhere except JP4. If I jumper either one to high or ground, the pin/signal just sits there - ie GA0/GA1 either gets pulled high or low but the trace doesn't go anywhere else on the board.

Or have I missed something?
