Do you have any specs on the speed of the serial links on the FMC connectors. I would like to use the 4DSP FMC104 module

Hello Erich Nast,
The FMC connector is rated properly for running any of the SOMs that we have to plug into the boards they are populated on.
For example, the connector on the PicoZed FMCv2 is routed and pinned for running as fast as the Zynq 7030 GTX Transceivers. The FMC connector is not technically "rated" for a specific number, but a tolerance to dB loss over frequence.
So a general rule of thumb is, depending on what board you are using of ours, it is rated to run at the speed of the transceivers for the transceiver pins, and then as fast as the pins for the LVDS Pairs for any other pin(950 MBps). Please refer to the PicoZed 7015/7030 Hardware user guide section 2.8.1 http://zedboard.org/support/documentation/4736
So to answer your question, it depends on which board you are using.
