ULTRAZED SOM heatsink

I would like to know if the Ultrazed Som may be delivered without its heatsink, or, if the response is negative, if it is possible to easily remove it without damaging the MPSoc?

Thank you for your response. I plan to develop my own passive heatsink to maximize dissipation depending on my enclosure. Then it's quite a good news if the heatsink is not installed because i wasn't too confident to remove it on my production batch...
