Using Linux to control Microzed User IO

New here and trying to come up to speed on the basics of the Microzed, I can see from the examples in the Microzed startup guide the MGPIO can be accessed through the onboard Linux folders and drivers, but i cant figure out how to access the User IO available on the JX1 and JX2 headers which are from BANK 34 and Bank 35.

Are these accessible or does the onboard Linux only support the MGPIO?

Hello,
Do you have your MicroZed SOM plugged into a carrier card? Please refer to the MicroZed hardware User guide were it states that the Carrier Card is required to provide power to Bank 34/35.

Yes i have a carrier card, the issue i have is that it seems the onboard linux drivers only support operation of the MGPIO and do not support the actual User IO from the other banks. I am trying to figure out how to toggle the IO for banks 34 and 35 using linux?
