Ultrazed IO Carrier IO Card Out of the box demo

Hi,

 

I setup the host the pc as described in the manual. I'm able to connect with Tera Term VT to the board over com17. When I boot the demo from the SD card I don't see any msgs on the terminal (Tera Term). Red Ps on Board LED is flushing during boot. Any Help or further documentation availble?
