Tutorial - Zedboard HDMI Display Controller

Hi. I was trying out the tutorial for the Zedboard HDMI Display Controller Tutorial for Vivado 2013.3 here: http://www.zedboard.org/support/design/1521/11

And I got up to the point of generating bitstream. The error that occurs is:
"ERROR: [Common 17-69] Command failed: this design contains one or more errors for which bitstream generation is not supported: v_cresample"

I've installed the necessary evaluation license files for Vivado HLS, for Petalinux, for the ISE WebPack. And redid the entire tutorial, but I am still getting the error.

    Heidi,

    Did you Licensing the Video and Image Processing Pack IP Cores, as described in the tutorial document ?

    Make sure that you have a valid "hardware evaluation" license for the Chroma Resample core.

    In the Xilinx License Configuration Manager, for the v_cresample feature, you should see the following:

    IP:Hardware_Evaluation

    Also, the expiration date must be in the future.
