zedboard service center

Hi, I have a Zedboard that is not working, when I turn on the power switch no one led is turned on. Where can I sent the zedboard for review?

Hello Viktorivan,
Could you give me a little more information. Is your Zedboard new strait out of the box and not working? Or have you been using it for a while and now is not working?

If it is a new board, we have seen residue from manufacturing lodge in the power switch. You could try toggling the On/Off switch back and forth multiple times to work it out. Use a voltmeter to see if 12V is getting from the adapter to the board.

It was working several months, and now any led is turning on.

Hello Viktorivan,
Unfortunatly we do no offer a repair service for ZedBoards. You could try reaching out to the Digilent forum since they are the main area of support for ZedBoards used in an educational setting. Maybe they can work somthing out for you.

Other that that, most contract manufactures will work on boards for a fee, however I do not know of any that have experience with the ZedBoard.
