I don't know of any FMC -> FX2 converter board (ref link: http://www.xilinx.com/products/boards-and-kits/HW-FMC-XM105-G.htm). You may want to take a look at the XM105 if you need additional IO. This does not have any PMOD connections on it, however it brings out a significant amount of IO. There may be an FMC to many PMOD board in the works, I will report back with more information as it is available.
